Hello and happy Monday everyone!
So today I had a run on my schedule, and since I knew chances of getting it in before were today were slim, I packed my gym bag last night and headed to the gym on my lunch break.
I used to go to the gym on my lunch all the time, but I’ve gotten out of the habit over the last few months. I mean, it is a great way to squeeze in a workout if you’re low on time, but you’re also limited by time restraints, and I have to go back to the office looking like a monster.
But as I suspected, I slept in till the last possible minute and had plans tonight, so gym lunch break it was!
My goal was to do about 2 miles—I can usually do about 3, but I haven’t been running consistently lately, so I aimed low. 🙂
Here’s what I did:
Obviously I had a little fun on PicMonkey today.
Anyway, I got 2 miles done (plus another quarter as a warm up and cool down) and felt great! And fortunately our office was pretty empty today, so I didn’t even bother to reapply my makeup when I cooled off.
